North West Off Road Car Club Inc
A Sporting Club with 30 Years History
The North West Off Road Car Club Inc is a local sporting club whose area of motorsport is off road racing.
The Club has been in existence for over 30 years although in a variety of forms. Our members come from many regions of the North West of the state.
Special Purpose Dirt Track at Latrobe
The Club hold events at a special purpose dirt track near Latrobe. The track is adjacent to the Mountain Dew Ice International Speedway at Latrobe and features tight turns, a bush section and jumps.
Currently the NWORCC holds four race meetings each year, three of which are at the Latrobe Off Road Circuit.
In recent years NWORCC has hosted a sand event in July or August at the Peron Sand Dunes at St Helens. This event attracts competitors from all areas of the state and is also now part of the State Series calendar.
